The RX-AC10 is a hydraulic crimping machine built specifically for bulk production of air-conditioner hose assemblies with aluminium caps. Rubber-moulded openable dies accommodate hoses with complex shapes and non-standard profiles, enabling clean, accurate crimps across configurations that conventional dies cannot handle. A precision micrometer with 0.05 mm accuracy gives exact control over crimping depth.
