High-tensile steel-wire reinforcement — controlled wire grade, winding geometry and layer tension. Calculated helix angles on spiral hoses; balanced, evenly tensioned layers on braided hoses.

Outer-layer protection system
Oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover, formulated and monitored for resistance to abrasion, ozone, UV exposure and environmental stress.
